The location was fantastic, with a mall and convenience stores just a short walk away. The room was spacious and quiet, equipped with WiFi and modern bathrooms, along with a bathtub as promised. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making sure everything was in order.

Have to say I liked tasty breakfast. The staff is superFRIENDLY and the food is excellent. It has favourable central location close to everything.

Enchanting brand-new hotel with awesome views of downtown. Very good breakfast is offered at the hotel. Convenient location next to the railway tracks, close to other department stores, area attractions, and shops.

The hotel is clean, with absolutely courteous and respectful staff. Spectacular view of downtown from the hotel. - Nice and perfect location for exploring Dallas. - Shuttle service to and from the mall is convenient. - Comfortable accommodations.

Clean facilities and they have a shuttle to the mall 🚌. Plus, there's parking close by for convenience.

The hotel had a central location close enough to everything. And it was also close enough to Park Lane as well as shopping restaurants. The breakfast was very good and tasty. The check-in was fast. It's also near Park Lane and various shopping and dining options. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying. Checking in was quick and easy. The shuttle service to and from the mall was incredibly convenient.

The staff was superb from beginning to end. When I made a request to the wrong dept (guest services vs housekeeping sort of thing), the request was still fulfilled- they didn't make me call again a different dept. Everyone was friendly, and bed was very comfortable. Also, location is not bad. It's a short drive to downtown ($4-8 Lyft). If you need munchies, there's a Shell station about a 2 minute walk away.

I went in with high expectations since this is a Double Tree... however this building is older than dirt. The decor and everything is outdated...walls seemed permanently stained. Cleanliness was questionable- the stains on the wall and the comforter make me question it. And the tissue box was soaked in the bathroom before we even used the bathroom. My boyfriend had the unfortunate experience of rubbing his face on a damp tissue. We wish we knew what was on it (or do we...)

Reasonably large and quiet room with comfortable beds. Modern interior design. Central location of the hotel. Very pleasant staff providing excellent services.

Bed and pillows very comfortable. Large bathroom and shower had great water pressure.

Room smelled like smoke. Carpet could have used a good cleaning. The chair at desk was outdated, low to the ground and didn't even roll.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The room was reasonably large and silent. The staff were exceptionally nice and consistently courteous. The location is marvelous, just 5 miles from the city center and 0.5 miles from Dallas Love Field airport.
